DCBS has Evel and JR but NOT Teen Titans or Dukes in October order

At dcbservice.com October order there are cases of Figures Evel Knievel and JR Ewing figures for sale but not Teen Titans or Dukes of Hazzard. I have ordered a case of each Retro Batman series 1-3 from dcbs and was going to for Teen Titans. Anyone know what's going on?

According to Figures site,Teen Titans are suppose to come out between Wave 2 and Wave 3 of the Batman stuff.
