Is he not the head of Remco? If not, I have absolutely no idea who that guy is.
Thats what I was thinking. I looked up the history on Remco and it was founded by two cousins: Ike Heller and Saul Robbins. That guy sure looks like an "Ike" to me.
I had that Spiderman as a kid, he never worked but he was fun to play with. I did have a smaller version that worked and it never got old watching him climb the "spider line".

I have a lot of love for the Energized heroes, especially Spidey, since he was the first one I had (and the first one made). The action feature and C-clamp he came with fascinated me for some reason, ad did the etched webs on his body, and that nice squishy head he had. I think the Remco Spidey head was actually more on-model than Mego's version. I know, blasphemy.
