Do you guys remember Wilson's? It was kind of like Service Merchandise. Service Merchandise actually replaced Wilsons in my city....

I remember them having a good Mego display, and everything else back in the day....

I remember there were a number of what they used to call "catalog showrooms" back in the day - Wilson's, Masters, Leeds and the one that outlasted them all, Service Merchandise. Leeds always had the best toys and models to my memory. Wilson's liquidated there merchandise before they went under and I think I still have some packaged Marvel Secret Wars figures with there stickers on them. Ours was bought out byService Merchandise too and they stayed in business until Service tanked around 1996.

Mr Wilson was from here (Baton Rouge). He just passed away last week.
