    Darth Vader Help!

A long time ago, I bought one of those Darth Vader kits from The Last Son of Krypton. The kit is great, but it has been sitting in my to-do pile for 2 years. Anyway, it seems like the chest piece has squeezed together slightly while in storage. Not much, but enough so that its tight on a type 2 figure without standing proud of the shoulders. It will fit on a type 1, but I would prefer to use a newer body. Can these resin parts be heated and re-shaped? I am just wondering if there's a way to open up the chest area slightly.

I would try heating a bowl of water in the microwave (45 seconds or so), then dip the chest piece in for 10-15 seconds. See if that helps you reshape.

PS... also, be careful. those things are too nice to destroy.
    Fresh, not from concentrate.
