Need Help From The Custom Package Pros

I've run into a bit of a problem that I hope the custom package pros can help me with. I need to take screen captures from a DVD and improve the image quality so that they're decent enough to print. Is this possible, and if so, what method would get me the best results? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have CyberLink Power DVD player on my comupter and it has a snapshot feature. I stop at the spot ( I can frame step back and forth to get the exact spot I want ) then hit the snapshot button.
