Toys and TV

We all know many Mego figures are based on characters from TV. (but so were a lot of our other favorite toys). Did you ever turn on the 4:30 Movie w/ your Godzilla or your monsters right there w/ you to act out every scene? What other toys did you use to re-enact your favorite shows or movies while they were on? For me, it was the Bionic Woman. I had to use my Barbies as Fembots b/c my mom wouldn't buy me one. (and you know I made the stupid little sound for running, jumping or throwing). I know my friend Aaron used to break out his Evel Knievel and a bunch of Hot Wheels cars during ABCs Wide World Of Sports.

I use to play with my small joes and He-man as wrestlers while watching the WWF :grin: I always used Zartan as the Warrior and Slaughter was really a wrestler so it worked out awesome

transformers when it was on the BOZO show , and Goldar or something like that..the one with the three robots..you only ever saw the legs of the huge one.

Battle of the planets too.

Had my WGSH out when super friends were on.

Then I converted them to wrestlers when wrassling was on. They played the role of the NWA guys.
