Flash Gordons statis as a property

I'm just checking up on who currently has Flash Gordons 8'' license. Whats it current statis? I remember seeing pictures of it (I think on castaways website)

I was just wondering the same thing yesterday, oddly enough. I'd like to see CTVT remake Mego's version in 8", if possible. I'd buy every one of them, and a couple Flash and Mings.
