Milk Duds Joker

So while searching for some 70s Joker art for another project I was reminded of this artwork that appeared in quite a few 1978 DC Comics in the center spread
advertising a Milk Duds SuperDuds Sweepstakes:



So I got to thinking, what if Mego Joker figures were given away as part of the prize packages...

Very cool Anthony. Love the use of the joker heads on the side panel and just thinking how the Joker might booby trap a pack of milk duds makes my jaw hurt.

I loved those ads! Great execution! The ad with the Super Friends is also a favorite. That one was done by Dick Giordano solo, so I don't know if he did this Joker by himself, or Adams was involved. It's honestly hard to tell from job to job.

I'm assuming Adams based on the little cameo circle images which originally
came from "Batman" #251 but they were also inked by Giordano so I'm not
exactly sure who did the larger image.

Yeah, it's hard to tell. Dick G wasn't above swiping from himself, or from him and Adams. The only way I can usually tell is Adams tended to make everyone thinner, while Giordano made them thicker, even the Joker. Adams' Joker looked like a skeleton, really.
