Enlarge a Bulletman Helmet

I need to make a slightly larger BM helmet to fit a custom of mine. Can anyone give me any clues on the easiest way to do so or where I can find someone to do it for me?

I recently picked up a beater helmet the other day. How do I make a repo using it? I figure after I get that down I can figure out how to enlarge it. can I use super sculpty? Thanks

Unfortunately it would have to be semi-solid to use expansion resins, because of the hollow nature of the helmet. It looks like you are not trying to enlarge it great deal... hmmm If you Vacuformed over and original helmet it would get a little bigger, you could do a few progressions to get to the size you need...

Thanks Dave! That's kind of what I was thinking of doing as well but I am unsure how to go about it as I have never done it before. I was also thinking of using super sculpty to make a copy as well. Thanks for the reply!

The UK/Palitoy Bulletman helmet is slightly larger than USA version and might work.

yes I did. Thank you but yours wasn't the beater helmet that I wrote about. The one I just got from you is still pretty nice. After I get done Outfitting it, it will look just fine with the rest of my Bulletmen. Thanks again!
