Shrinking a head.....

Has anyone other Shrunk a 12" Mego head? I'm looking at taking a Killer Kane 12" and reducing it to 8" Scale....I've done the DC SuperHeroes line head but we are talking a minimal shrink of 10-15% to bring it in the Mego world. I'm wanting to take a spare Killer Kane and bring it down to the Zica world of Buck Figures. Any advice or pointers would be greatly welcomed. Also if you have done it....how did it turn out? Any warping - Thanks in advance.
