Well there`s nothing on the BBC websites, and the problem with that article is that it is in `The Sun` which has a bit of a reputation over here for misplacing the truth, still most newspapers nowadays won`t run a story if they can`t base it on some evidence.
I`ll have to keep my eyes and ears open to see if it develops any further.
"I should say I`m very much cleverer than any of the people who put me here. As a matter of fact, I could leave any time I wanted. It`s only a doll`s house after all. Anyway, I don`t mind. I like dolls" - The Mad Hatter, Arkham Asylum.
If Tennant leaves, i'd like to see the next Doctor be a lot older and not very good looking-- perhaps even fat.
I miss the old Hartnell and Troughton days when the companions biggest worry wasn't about falling in love with Doctor Who.
I can't think of anyone in particuar.....
But maybe somebody like Robbie Coltrane with a sloppy Troughton style wardrobe.
The best thing on british TV for quite some time. What did you think of it?
I understand that the format is been used to remake it for an American audience because you guys on your side of the Atlantic couldn`t understand the accents from the north of England .
Great music, cars and clothes - Britain in the 1970`s - I loved it.
Is he mad, in a coma… or has Detective Sam Tyler really travelled back in time?

Given a choice I'd like to see someone completely unknown as the Doctor. If I HAD to go with someone established, I'd say Rowan Atkinson did a good job of playing the Doc in "The Curse of Fatal Death."
I'd like to see an older Doctor too, I think Bill Nighy would be a good choice. I'd also love to see Paul McGann get another crack at the character. He made an interesting Doctor.
As for Life On Mars, well, I'd go with you on that one Paul, definately the best home grown show for ages! I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with the sequel, Ashes To Ashes.
