Even though i'm a huge Master fan,
I'd still have to pick Season-2 as my fav.

Sarah Jane, Daleks vs Cybermen, The Devil himself...

Loved Eccleston's season...gets better watching it in retrospect..plus Dalek, Empty Child and The unquiet dead were excellent.
Tennant's have been great too with season 3 just shading it primarily due to the simply outstanding Blink...would have prefered Jacobi to be The Master for more than just a regeneration scene...that scene where he looks down at the watch then looks up with realisation and pure malice in his eyes was wonderful acting...noy that I didn't enjoy Simms.

I have to pick season 2 just because it had more solid episodes than season 1 (barely) and didn't have the ending of season 3. I'm still mad about the way that terrrific premise was ruined!

I prefer the soccer hooligan Eccleston. I wish they would have convinced him to do one more season.

It would be interesting (and fun) to imagine Eccleston in some of Tennant's stories.

I'm trying to imagine Eccleston next to the Master when the Master is dying (in Last of the Timelords).
I can't picture Eccleston hugging Simm and crying

Eccleston in Dalek was superb...Was this episode the first time spittle flies from the Doctor's mouth in an angry rant??? His hatred for the Daleks really came out full on...also the "I'm coming to get her" speach at the end of the 1st episode of the finale was chilling and heroic.....
He would have proberly given the Master a quick kick in the head as he lay dying....
