    Johnny Quest

I don't think I've read any prior threads, but did anybody grow up on or watch later in life the Johnny Quest cartoons (original Hannah Barbera stuff from 64...not inferior quality animation that came in 90s)? This was my first real exposure to sci-fi and otherworldliness. The animation and story lines were first class and before their time. I hear there's even live action movie in works set for 2010 (I hope they don't screw it up!).

Sure! I was just watching the Dragons of Ashida this morning. The '64 series was the best. The 80's version wasn't bad either, but not as good. My favorite is The Robot Spy. I love the classic animation, so comic book like.

The 60's series is hands down my favorite action adventure show ever.

I love the original Jonny Quest. I had the chance to re-watch the entire series on the Boomerang Channel this past summer. It still airs around 2 or 3 am eastern on that channel.
