That's cool, I remember seeing that on eBay awhile ago. Don't know where the head came from though, sorry. It might be custom made.

I think its a repainted head from the limited articulation 8" Hasbro figure.

Could be correct, the scale is right.
I want to replicate that figure....badly.
Although I spoke with the original seller when the auction was active and He said He owns another unpainted head.
Led me to think it was a custom from someone on here.

Looks Like a Re-painted Clik Candy Head to me Like a Buck 50 at TRU or where Clik is Sold.

Took me a minute to find these, but the Klik head is very close to what I originally posted.
The give away is the little rectangle below the mouth line, the Klik head has it as pictured:

I looked around on here pretty intently before I started posting, this would require some type of custom plug to be used to mate to the body, correct?

Some of those recent Marvel PEZ ones that have recently came out have made excellent Mego heads with a little tweaking and adjusting.

The Kliks are right at Mego scale, the Pez ones are mostly too big, even for 9 inch scale. I used the Iron Man for a 9 inch Red Tornado custom.
