    Kitbashing

I'm fairly new to the 1/9 scale, and am finding that there's a load of Mego clothing and accessories that can be bought online.

However, what other company ranges are compatible with this scale? I'm not great with making stuff myself, so if I can find it pre-made I'll buy it.

Apart from Mego-alikes I'm still in the dark as to what else is out there.

Sorry if this seems a mad question.

For hunting stuff, clothes, bows, guns, etc. - there is a line called Hunter Dan ( also has a female figure Hunter Ann ) that is in the 1/9th scale.

        Hmmmm....

You've got to get out and actually eyeball stuff to see if it works. There are tons of toys and model kits that have compatable bits. 'Course, once you get the ball rolling you'll never go ANYWHERE without checking for Mego compatable items.

Tru dat Don! I started carrying a tape measure with various marking so I could compare items for Mego custom compatibility. I marked the tape measure for things like arm length so I wouldn't have to rely on my memory. Hunter Dan figures are great for bodies, clothes and accessories. I used to find Mego scale weapons with various figures in Dollar Stores. I don't know if there's much to find anymore at Dollar Stores.

Check the craft aisles. I've found tons of Mego scale wooden furniture, and treasure chests perfrct for the D&D floor war.
