So what's the story on this figure? Never seen or heard of it...

It's a licensed figure made by Bogi in the late '70s or early '80s, when Vader Abraham (Pierre Kartner) was at the height of his popularity.

The figure and its box are undated, but there was little interest in Kartner before he recorded the Smurf song in 1977.
