Where Can I See Dr. Who in America?

I apologize if this has been discussed, but you guys can usually answer the questions of the lesser informed such as myself-

Has the new Dr. Who series stopped showing stateside? I was really enjoying the show, setting my DVR to grab all the new epsiodes. Suddenly, however, I stopped seeing new episodes on Sci Fi. I've seen other re-runs on BBC America, but nothing new.

Now when I say new, I mean new to me. I know the Sci Fi was a season or two behind. Thye had just introduced the new version of the Master and Martha Jones was still the Dr.'s sidekick. Is it showing on any network State-side?

If the series isn't showing on the Sci Fi Channel, I have also heard PBS plays older episodes.

Currently, everyone is on the same page, BBC hasn't begun season 4.

Oh, I thought others were enjoying a new season. I had read here that 'Martha Jones' had left/was planning to leave the series so I figured it was running somewhere.

New series will start in UK in a couple of months spring 2008 then no new series until 2010 but 3 specials...this is so David Tennant can work on other things such as Hamlet at the globe theater.

          That's cool,
I'm glad they're giving Tennant plenty of space.
Hopefully this will encourage him to stay a lot longer.
I really like him as the Doctor.
Not my fav, but up there

I think his most darkest moment was the second Christmas special when he let the spiders die.

The queen yelling "My Children" over and and over and over .... then seeing Tennant just stand there was quite haunting.

              BTW,
BBC America cut most of that out.

                  Yep ....

BBC America only left in one "My Children"
Then a quick shot of Tennant looking sad.
                  Then she transported out.

The American's didn't see the queens pain -- yelling "My Children" over and over and over-- with Tennant standing there looking like almost a demon.

Hell, they even cut out Tennant asking Donna to come with him at the end.

BBC America is really bad for editing everything.

Wow harsh....was it reinstated for the dvd release?
I mean some of the stuff you see on US tv pales into insicnificance compared to that.

I think it was hacked out because of commercial time, not content.

Sci Fi Channel edited out the entire "I Can't Decide" song from the last episode of Season-3.

I think BBC-America is co-owned by the Discovery Channel.
They play commericals--- MANY commericals... so when they edit a 50-ish minute program to fit in a 60 minute spot, they REALLY go to town.
