Anybody have any idea what these Monster bendies are?

I thought I remeber seeing a topic on these but can't find it.I have these bendis of a scarecrow and a witch that look like they are from the 70s. They are really thing and long and have "MADE IN CHINA" inscribed on the back. The witch has taninsh skin,a green outfit,and a short orange cape,(She is holding her broom.) while the scarecrow has green skin,a black vest and hat,and has a Jack-o-lantern face.
Any help if this is from any specific toyline is helpful!(Also,I found a bendy similar to mine on another website but they only say they were at Halloween stores.)
