    Trek Doodles

I really miss poster art sets, I'm sure they still exist but I'm more or less referring to the days of doing them. These Star Trek sets by Open Door Enterprises bring back some strong happy memories, below are the two sets that they offered for much of the 1970s.

Man, that "Star Trek lives" mantra got around in the 1970s.

The art on these seems pretty impressive, a nice bit of work. In my travels I haven't seen many of these kicking around.

I have one from Star Trek TMP, and another one from Star Trek TNG.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

That is some nice artwork, indeed. Where was that guy when the Power Records comics were being made? This guy remembered Uhura was African and Sulu was an Asian-American.

I still like coloring these sort of things. Would be nice if this was still in production. Very nice artwork.
