Hair Rerooting Service?

I'm looking for anyone who might be able to do hair rerooting for a female mego head.
I've made a custom female hero doll for my daughter but she wants long light pink straight hair on the doll. Currently its a Dinah-Mite head with blond hair.

I have a Doc Mego female blond head that can be stripped and rerooted.

I'd give it a go myself but I saw the tutorial and no way can I do it. Plus I don't want to slice the back of the neck of the head.
