Penguin Stunt Cycle

One of the things I noticed working on Rack Toys is how much Batman stuff there is out there, not even just the caped crusader but his rogues gallery got more merchandise than Superman in the 1970s.

Case in point this Penguin stunt cycle, which probably sold the slowest of the bunch. There is something so ridiculous about the character on a chopper, even more so than Doctor Zaius.

I think that cycle was used for all their characters. My favorite was Ghost Rider. I have one sealed in the package.

That's definitely the same bike Spider-Man had. I think maybe Batman had a bat-head front added to his?

If you think in "kid logic" and you saw this next to the Batman one, you would need to get both so that Batman could have someone to chase after. Ergo, Penguin on a motorcycle now makes sense

Ghost Rider was done by Fleetwood, that's a neat piece.

Yep, AHI did Batman, Penguin, Joker, Spider-Man, Hulk (!), Dr Zaius, Cornelius and SGT Rock.

Captain America is pictured in the 1981 catalog but I've never seen one in the flesh so to speak.
