    Star Patrol robots

    DSC05758.JPG

Pretty cool vintage Star Wars knock-offs.

They aren't wind-up toys. But they have wheels, or rollers, on the bottom. The arms are bendy. And the droids are about 4" tall. I don't understand what the red, clear plastic parts on their heads represent. I thought they might light up, perhaps. Interestingly, on their chests are science fiction scenes. The 'R2D2' has a star destroyer clone on his chest.

              I'm guessing 1978.

I can't resist little robots. They look like a lot of fun.
