Hey! Today I got to meet Jessica (our resident Ape queen) and her 3 boys Dylan, Ethan, and Ashton. They came over, checked out my toy room and then we went out for pizza. We couldn't do any outdoor stuff, b/c it's been raining here today, but we had fun, nonetheless. Thanks for hanging out w/ me Jess and company! Can't wait to do it again!:wink:

Yes, Hardy Girl. It was great, even though we got rained on. The pizza was EXCELLENT--the boys LOVED "the Toy Room" (the highlight of the whole experience)...and I learned a lot of stuff. She is totally right when she says I am a newbie to this stuff. She showed me her dedicated toy room, and I brought General Ursus over for a visit.

And, we both wore Planet of the Apes stuff!! Go Apes!!!

My friends and brothers sometimes come around and see my toy display's, and there's the we had (or wanted) that when we were...(but we bit there fingers off)
And they give me that look, the one that I like to believe says "wow" but probably means "you never quite grew-up did you"

It's the grown-up version of playing together.
But when they leave...I check all my fingers :grin:

Good to hear you gals had fun, I bet the kids were stoked. I met up with Batgirl about a month ago. It was wonderful to meet her and spend time with another Megohead!

Dylan said that those figures that kicked and punched...those were better than any videogames he's ever played--I think it opened up a new world for him so I am excited. I will definitely need to get him some Megos that are playable.

I'm going to make a mini ape city up on my hillside and I'm going to make it permanent so that we could all play up there.
