    Warrior's Battle Jacket

This vintage ad used to perplex me as a kid, mainly, why would they make adult sizes? Granted, I grew up slightly rural but I could not fathom an adult that would wear a warrior's battle jacket, certainly not an adult woman.

I wish I could send comic con footage to my nine year old self sometimes...

I remember seeing this ad when I was a kid and really wanting a jacket. The availability of adult sizes wasn't anything I thought strange though, maybe I was ahead of the curve in believing that adults could be geeks too.

I remember seeing those at Bergner's in the Peru Mall. How come nowhere in the ad does it mention the show by name or have a Universal copyright?

Now that I think about it, I could have sworn that the ad I saw actually mentioned Battlestar Galactica. Or perhaps I'm misremembering, I'll have to look through my old Starlog mags.

Same here. Side note;he should start posting pictures when Ultimate was Dingo Warrior. He had an awesome porn mustache back then. Right up there with Scott Hall's,in my opinion.

I remember this ad well. I always wanted to earn enough money to order one, but remember always thinking that it was very expensive if I couldn't see what it really looked like. (Plus I had been burned on the footlocker full of army men mail order a few years previously).
                            It's all good!

I wanted one of these as well and not so much because I was a BSG fan but just because I thought it was cool (keep in mind that though I never owned one, I was a kid who was just as apt to have worn one of those MJ Thriller replica jackets).

I did see one of these -- the child size, I think -- at a toy show in the last year or so and they're actually quite lightweight and not really that well made.
