People who get to the Toy Museum early can set up early. So no matter when you arrive if the museum itself is open people are usually in the dealers room. Check the website for the Toy Museum's hours of operation. You can always hang out real casual with people and peruse their merch at the same time. It's a friendly, welcome atmosphere.
