there's a cardio room at the 8, I usually catch a small run on friday morning . . . nothing too serious. I'm sure your looking for something with a little "clang" to it.

I usually get on the bike in the cardio room for a peddle in the mornings, but not that early. If it's not too hot, I might do a jog downtown and back on Friday morning after breakfast.

Going up and down the steps a few times from the Museum's basement convention rooms to the top floor where my wife's Hello Kitty exhibit is should give you some good cardio!
