My emotions are changing day to day. While I am excited to get to the meet, I am looking forward to the motorcycle ride just as much. Yesterday, weather.com was predicting rain all next weekend. I was inconsolable. Today it's showing partly sunny with 20% chance of rain and I am happy again. I wonder how many weather prediction changes I have to go through till next Thursday??

My guess would be they are wherever your wife put them after she found where you put them and didn't like them there. At least that's my experience with anything I lose. I seem to remember an episode of "Everybody Loves Raymond" that dealt with this...

I wish! Unfortunately every year ther eis this huge wrestling convention the week before MM and there's just some awesome guest I have to see. I usually end up dropping at least $100 not something I relish the week before the meet.


While I am excited to get to the meet, I am looking forward to the motorcycle ride just as much.
It seemed like this year seemed to not come around as fast as the others for me. For that reason, I am looking forward to two things prior to the meet 1)Wednesday. I am officially on vacation and off work!
and 2)The peaceful drive Thursday and being "on the way". Will probably enjoy a little more this year also as I'll be sleeping an extra hour. I was so anxious to leave last year, I left at 6:00 A.M. and arrived around 12:30-1 in the afternoon. Even with a meal at McDonald's I had too much time to kill before check-in!

That would not be the show to describe our day-to-day relationship. We're more like Phil and Claire on "Modern Family".

Well' I'm officially on vacation until June 12th!!!!!:smile: We're gonna hit the aquarium at Cincy and King's Island before heading to the Meet on Friday. No need to get a speeding ticket rushing to get to Wheeling late on Friday like last year.

Finally here. I really need the whole toy geek out. Haven't had as many chances to do it as I have had in the past. Lot of recent changes in life have caused me not to be able to do as many far away shows as I used to, or see many of the members that aren't local to me. Fortunately I get to see Mike and Rob regularly for vintage toy discussions and recently ran into a long time Museum lurker and fairly serious Megohead at my flea market. 131 hours and I'll be meeting Jimmy in Pittsburgh for the ride in to Wheeling. Start the countdown. Wooo Hooo!!!!!
