    Wild Bill Hiccup?

I have a fuzzy memory and am looking for someone here to help provide clarity. In the late 1970s, I remember a toy for sale called "Wild Bill Hiccup." It featured a sort of caricature of a cowboy figure with a plunger attached. When you squeezed the plunger, the figure "hiccuped" or jumped. I've had no luck with searches, as the names "Wild Bill Hiccup" and "Wyatt Burp" both seem to bring up some cartoon jokes.

    Thanks in advance.

Wanted: Legends of the West (Empire & Excel) and other western historically-based figures. Send me an offer.
Also interested in figures based on literary characters.

only hiccup I know is from the Richard Scary books. He was a raccoon wild west stuntman, I believe.
