I know nothing about these or what they are worth, but I do see the Lone Ranger and Superman pop up now and then.

Are they worth this much?

To me they're priceless, but that's me.

To be honest, if the one I do own wasn't the same one I got for my fifth birthday, I'd jump all over this.

Lone Ranger is the dead easiest to find in the box, you can get him for under a $100

Superman pops up but depending on box condition can fetch $300-400. I paid $500 for my non talker but the box was really tight.

Batman and Spiderman are real tough in either size in the box, plus they're more collectible so expect to pay more. I haven't seen a boxed talking bats in a decade and when one comes up, I am prepared to do some bareknuckle boxing ;)
