I was looking into going this year, but I still have to figure out my finances.
MegaBus can get you to Pittsburgh (an hour outside of wheeling) round trip for 25.00 but there are still logistical issues there too.

I've used Megabus before and there's really no catch- it's an easy city to city ride.

Doc's taking Megabus out of NY. I think it was $6 round trip. I think he's also looking to group a rental car out of Pittsburgh.

Look, I can take you as far as Anchorhead. You can get a transport there to Wheeling or wherever you're going.
