12" box plans?

Anybody know where I can get "box plans" for a 12" window box with side flap?
Sort of like a SMDM box?
Does anybody know how much a custom box would be if I supplied Pics and fonts and wanted somebody to do up a box? Would there be a minimum order?
I have some lofty goals for my "kitbash/customs" and I don't even know where to start.

Anthony Durso from The Toyroom makes great 12" boxes.He's been making my 12" boxes for my figures for the last 3 years and they always turn out great.He charges me $38.00 for 1 but that includes the shipping.Send him a pm and let him know what you want and I'm sure he'll give you exactly what your looking for.I hope this helps and let me know how it turns out for you.
