This is the 13 inch King Kong from the Mego Kong against the world toy. Both arms can be pulled down and lock in place until you push the chest buttons and make them pop up. This guy needed a little clean up and paint removal as someone had made a weak attempt at repainting the teeth- mainly just dripped a big glob of white paint in the mouth. I scraped as much as I dared.

Cool toy! I had no idea the Kong was that tall. Thought he he was only like 7" or so

In the second pic you can see Dr. X from the 90s Action Man line-up- he is 12 inch. Kong barely fits on the shelf- so, yeah, he's a biggun!
