What were your favorite Bathtub toys ?

-My Fisher Price Seasame Street playset ( I used it as a Submarine )
    - Kenner Death Star playset ( Another Submarine)
    - Legos ( I only had the Fire Station and the Golden Castle building sets so all my Submarines were red and yellow)
-Tin Band Aid box duct taped shut with my Hamster in it ( Bad idea for a submarine)
    - A cheap mini Submarine with a Scuba diver action figure I got at the grocery store ( I can't remember what I used to pretend that was )

I remember seeing the Gilligans Island playset and wanting it but I never got it. ( Probably because it didnt come with a Submarine)

I had a set (bought from K Mart) that came with an old school diver (w. the big iron mask) a treasure chest and a cool as heck octopus. I think it may have come with a boat too or a raft of some sort. I also had some great rubber sharks, the Weebles sub and my hoth stormtroopers seemed to spend a lot of time in the tub as well ; )

G.I. Joes were the best bathtub toys ever. Unfortunately I think it was the rubber o-rings getting wet all the time that made them break so easily.

For me, the Adventure People made the best bath toys. Loved the Sea Explorer set as it came with a speedboat, guys with scuba tanks, and a dolphin. That one was tons of fun. Plus, I had a couple of kayak guys with buoys.

or my Dazzle dolls. I even painted swimingsuits on them with metallic or sparkly fingernail polish.
I had a fisher price river boat and a rubber shark which was a great prop for these.

Wut, you boys never played mermaids or mystical water nymphs??!

My Gilligan's Island playset. It came with Gilligan, Skipper and Mary Ann, and they looked like the Filmation cartoon. The Island actually floated in the tub! Best bath toy EVER.

I also had lots of fun with AHI Batboats, those baking soda dolphins from Cap'N Crunch cereal, and banana split "boats" from Dairy Queen. The DQ banana split containers made for great boats for figures.

In my later years, any GI Joe RAH diver and Super Powers Aquaman got a lot of mileage in the tub, battling lots of rubber sharks.

If I say what my favorite bathtub toy was...I'll get in trouble with the Mods.

Greatest bath time toys for me.....

#1 - Fisher Price Sea Explorer boat from the Adventure People. I actually saved it and now my kids play with it in the tub.

#2 - JAWS game....instead of trying to catch things out his mouth before his jaw shut, I used it as a bath toy to swallow my Adventure People.

A generic police boat and another orange and white boat were my constant bath toys.

I had a wind-up motor boat, a floating angel, a huge purple bath sponge, and (this was the name, I swear), Super Smelling Pretty Colored Fingerpaints That turn to Bubble Bath.

My sitters were the three sisters across the street. They were all beautiful, but the eldest, Marlene, wore short shorts that made my 5 year old head reel. Didn't quite understand what was going on but I loved it.
