Lone Ranger Gabriel Indentification Help~ Please

Can anyone help me indentify these 3 Lone Ranger pieces~

I know they go to the 12" inch line, but I cant indentify which sets or figures they go to~

The hand cuffs came the Carson City Bank Robbery set. The cow skull comes from the Hidden Rattler Adventure set. I can't tell what the third item is. I need a better picture to determine that one.

The black material thing is some sort of elastic material, not even sure if it is Lone Ranger~
