I've always liked Catwoman in the classic purple dress... so I decided to make my own from a Mattel Cheetah.

That is COOL. I've been thinking of doing that with a Cheetah and now that I see how it looks I'm definately going to have to do one.

Just regular acrylics. It may not hold up to heavy play, but for whatever reason, the Mattel head and boots took paint better than I am used to with rotocast heads.

That was actually what my 3 year old son told me.
"Daddy, where's her hair?"
"Oh, it is under her mask."
"No, she needs hair."
The moment was a mixture of embarrassment that I got called out by my little boy, and pride that he knew my figure wasn't 100% comic accurate.

Folk Art 443 Night Sky. A nice dark blue-purple
