Can someone precise me the different companies who distributed Mego toys (especially the World's Greatest Super Heroes) worldwide (like Pin Pin in France), their names and years of activity, etc ?

My Mom used to be a seasonal employee at a Kiddie City in the 70's, I believe that is where she got the bulk of my Mego's. I know Kiddie City was a smaller chain toy store so I am not sure what parts of the US they were more popular in.
