Custom Mego Blister cards - Help Please :)

I have been making custom figures or buying them for years and years.

Of all the heros I wish Mego would have made. I wanted to display them on card/ with clam shells. As you know making or buying the figures gets really gets up there in price. I have been also buying custom cards and boxes which just adds to the expenses.

I wanted to try to make my own cards but my biggest problem is not knowing
what type of paper/ card stock to use and what type of printer works best for doing so.

Does anyone know or can anyone help?
