Did LJN ever make television commercials for their 70's action figures?

I was thinking about this the other day. I don't seem to recall ever seeing a commercial for SWAT or Emergency figures, even though they were always in great abundance in toy stores. Does anyone know if one was ever made?

Now, that's a good question! Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to it.

If any commericals were ever made for these lines, I'd love ot see them. Especially the "Emergency!" line.

As a kid that watched Emergency when it was first run I don't remember any commercials for the toy line. My first memory of knowing that there was a toy line was seeing them in a store.

None of their catalogs feature the "as seen on TV" logo, so I'm inclined to believe they didn't.
