I haven't mentioned much of this to anyone but I can't see what harm it would do.

Many of you are aware of the Star Trek Tricorder find that I came up with earlier this year....the very same find that yielded the first example of the WGSH Carded Figure shipping case in Benjamin's book. What you probably don't know is that this inventory is in fact suspected to be part of the inventory that was sold "under the table" for cash to a third party.

Apparently the missing inventory consisted of resold store returns which is exactly what these tricorders were. The fact that these are all department store returns from various sources, that they were stored in a factory originated Superheroes box, and discovered collectively in a basement in North Philly all seems to support this conclusion. Quite frankly, there is no other explanation for them.

Now...why exactly these were never disposed of...that is a bigger mystery. Maybe Mego's bankrupcy and the resulting investigation stopped the disposal of these items?

I dunno.

Just thought that would be an interesting side note for everyone.
