My signed and numbered book arrived today and it's simply beautiful! I've only been able to flick through it so far and can't wait to start reading it proper. It's going to be a very enjoyable and informative Christmas .

Amazon said delivery would take 2 weeks, it's now almost 3, is this normal for Amazon or should I start worrying?

Thomas, it must be on its way. I know foreign deliveries can take a ridiculous amount of time, especially given the holidays. If you don't have your book by the new year, shoot me an Email and we'll see if we can't work something out.
