Help Id'ing a mid/late 70s toy

I *cannot* remember the name of this thing now.
It looked a bit like a dinosaur. Close to a Triceratops, & I think it had 'laser' shooting eyes or something. American toy.

Was it a Terron? But over here it was called a Gargon from the Action Man range of toys.
