Weird Imperial Monsters

OK Monster Toy guys, I got one for you. I`m not up on my Imperial figures (not fond of them personally) but one thing I remember is they`re heavy.

These two showed up at my door today and they`re hollow blow molded versions, are these well known variants, any history on this

My brother still owns the giant 14" Godzilla proudly displayed.

I'm a rabid Godzilla collector but could never bring myself to buy an Imperial Godzilla. Those damn eyes really bug me.
