Shrunken 12" Mego sculpts?

Has anyone shrunk the 12" Mego sculpts down to 8" size? I really like most of the 12" sculpts better than their 8" counterparts and think they'd make some col looking customs. The Magnetic Batman sculpt painted black would make a good Batman Begins custom, and I'd love a shrink of the 007 Moonraker Roger Moore for an 8" Bond.

PM Doc Mego or Bliet. They have alot of the casted heads or might be able to point ya in the right direction.
