Another toy that I'm too young to remember (I was pretty busy staring at fuzzy wall paper for the majority of 1971) but Hasbro's Scream'n Demons predate the Evel Knievel concept but marry it with the popularity of Biker culture at the time.
Big box version of friction powered Motorcycles never made my Pops wallet open. Not when most rack toy versions were cheaper and usually had Batman or Spidey riding the cycle. The only exception was Evil Knievel.

I've handled a couple of these, they are a bit ungainly, one cool thing though is the head which to me appeared to be a small scale mold of a painted hair vintage Joe.
pretty sure my cousin had that bike with wierd umbrella cover. it was one of his toys he would actually let me play with, but i didnt really play with it. i spent most of my time at his house begging to play with his 12'' web shooting spidey and his star wars stuff.
