Stain removal on gray plastic question...

Hi! Just got an Iron Giant animated bank. He''s made in gray plastic, but is yellowed in certain areas....any experts here that would might know what product is good to remove yellowish stains off grey plastic? I'd REALLY appreciate ANY advice friends,..and thanks anticipated.

are you sure the plastic is just stained and not damaged from wear? I have seen plastic yellow but usually it is from being damaged in some way

The yellow is like when either it was left in the sun or touched/played to much by kids....or like the yellowing of a vintage X-Wing, At-At, Tie Fighter toys, etc...
