Custom Green Arrow

Guys can you give me suggestions on making a Golden age/early silver age green arrow. What would be the right head for example? Any help would be appreciated.

it looks like the boots can come from castaway toys
bow and quiver from ctvt
ill probably paint the hands red....

now im wondering about the clothing itself.
will a green jumpsuit work for the top portion? is there any green leggings out there anywhere. I thought ctvt would have them for the merry men but the only one i saw was brown.
gonna keep looking around. doesnt seem like to expensive of a figure so far.

theres one for robin hood. the shape is different though. does it really matter though?

what about that surgeon's suit at CTVT? If you are just going for off the rack, the shirt is the right pattern for Ollie.
