Hey, I had that same Cookie Monster when I was little. The string brings his arms in so it looks like he's patting his tummy. And I have Ernie now, (thanks JohnnyStorm), and one of my kids today (upon my return to work) said, "Did you bring the Ernie puppet?" :smiley1:

I still have my Ernie, Bert, Cookie, Oscar, Big Bird and the Count from when I was a kid...And I picked up Roosevelt Franklin this year...

I had the Bert, Ernie and Cookie Monster, and I managed to find an Ernie at a yard sale for my daughter. They don't make 'em like this anymore!!!

I had three out of those four pictured as a kid. I wanted the Roosevelt one, too, but I had to decide between Cookie and him and Cookie won out.

I had Ernie and my cousin had Bert. We got them for Christmas. Great memories!
