I was curious if there were any other members who ordered from MattyCollector on Tuesday the 15th that haven't received their shipping notice yet? I've come to expect incompetence from Digital River, but this is starting to get ridiculous.

Sometimes they send it ..., sometimes they don't.
This time ..., I got mine though.

I have only received the purchase/order confirmation. No shipping confirmation yet. They are so incompetent... I had complainted with them because on the shipping labels for Puerto Rico their system prints whatever state feels like (apparently PR is not on the database) and the correct PR zip code. So there you have a state with a non matching zip code and my packages always spend a while at the Jacksonville USPS Distribution center until someone figures it out. After being really "pushy" with them, my complaint was escalated and I was notified that I would get an answer or resolution within 72 hours. Its been over two weeks now and still no response...

Yeah, mine has been "in process" since Tuesday at 12:09 p.m, and my credit card is still not showing a pending charge. :no: I loathe Digital River.

It's something different every month from this company. Damaged items, missing items, late shipments, etc. Not to mention all the grief the subscription holders have gone through over the years. Patience only goes so far.

They shorted me a MOTU Figure a few Months Back ...
after like 3 hours on the phone .... , 3 weeks later, and I do believe an added shipping payment, I did finally recieve it ..., and it was a true Pain. This is the only time I had ever had a serious problem with my items coming in the mail though ...., all my other problems were Website related. However, I do believe that the ordering for the website is 50x better, if not more. The site either lost some steam as in customers, ordered more stock, and fixing some of the server error's ..., because the last 5 month have been a real breeze for me ordering.

Your lucky. I'm fairly new to the MOTU Classics line, but I have been buying from Matty for several years. In total, I've had to get replacements on three figures due to crushed packages. I ordered all of the Blackest Night figures last month, and all but two packages were damaged. On two of the damaged packages the bubble was completely separated on one side. Luckily, I was opening those, so I didn't have to deal with Digital River's customer service. These issues just keep happening over and over again, and Mattel simply doesn't seem to care.

I got like 4 King Hiss figures when he came out ...
1 for me
1 for my son
1 for my Brother
& 1 to play with ....
The 3 were cool ...
the last 1 ..., had a damaged package ..., it looked as if it was opened ? ... and slid back together ..., and when doing so ..., the inside label was ripped, as well as totally jacked up .
I only order Mostly the MOTU Figures from the site, with something else, every now and again. I can't really say I've had the quality control issues with packaging and figures that others have ..., only ordering site issues. I've ordered from them since the Begining too ..., StarFire/ Strange, Lobo, The 1st King Greyskull ..., He-man, Beastman ... and not much to complain about.
