I had the Bionic Woman in 6th grade. And I used a copy of that Spock mask for my costume this year."Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."Comment

I always had problems with these old costumes . . . I didn't, and still don't understand why they had to put the name of the character on the costume and certainly not the face when there was a mask with the face already.
I knew who it was . . .that's why I wanted to be that character but I wanted to wear the costume they wore not a billboard telling others who I was supposed to be . . . .
thank you for letting me vent . . .My Custom Figures

Even as a kid, Ben Cooper's insistence on putting the Bat-symbol on Batman's forehead, and his name on his chest bothered me. In hindsight, it was much less of an offense than some of these other costumes. I remember Spider-Man's suit having lots of yellow outlining around his webs and a big, scary, hairy tarantula on this chest.
Kids today have it good with accurate comic/movie costumes. That being said, there is something charming about the Ben Coopers because they are so unique in their incongruities!

Do I see an R2D2 costume?! That's a weird idea and I wonder what poor litle kids look like with that thing on?
And does someone could explain me why Batman and Superman appear on an Iron Man boxed costume?
Anyway I wish I could have wear those silly things when I was a kid but there was no halloween in France at that moment.Custom models :
