Buying VTG SW Collection

I'll be looking at a vintage Star Wars collection this weekend. Guy seems reasonable. He did a lot of research it seems.

Sorry for the mess below. He sent it in an Xcel file which "hi" and "low" values based on his own eBay research.

He is right? What should I offer? Most would be to resell. Like to keep the boxed stuff. All the figured will be sold.

This is a tough economy, and there do not appear to be any real prize pieces in that collection. Since your intent is to resell part I would come in well below the low to start. His benefit is selling the lot in one swoop. The only way they would get the most money is to sell individual, and even then I am not sure that collection would bring much more than the low-end price. Just my opinion.

Offer 25-35% of the low-end price, UNLESS the stuff is all near mint. Everything looks pretty common though.
